At FlipDevice.shop, we strive to provide our customers with quality-tested used cameras and accessories that meet expectations.
However, if you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if:
- The product you received is not as described, defective, or not functioning properly.
- The return request is made within 3 days of delivery.
- The item is in the same condition as received, with all original packaging, accessories, and serial numbers intact.
Please Note:
- Products damaged due to customer mishandling, physical impact, or water damage are not eligible for return.
- Change of mind or wrong order returns are not accepted, as these are pre-owned items.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Items marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page
- Accessories such as batteries, chargers, or memory cards (unless defective)
- Items sold under clearance, discount, or “as-is” condition
3. Return Process
- Contact our support team at support@flipdevice.shop within 3 days of delivery.
- Provide your order number, reason for return, and unboxing photos/videos of the product received.
- Our team will review your request and, if approved, arrange pickup through our courier partner or guide you on the return shipping process.
4. Inspection and Approval
Once your returned product is received, our technical team will:
- Inspect the item for claimed issues or defects
- Verify that it matches the original condition
After inspection, we’ll notify you of the return approval or rejection via email.
5. Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.
- If payment was made via UPI or bank transfer, please allow a few additional days depending on your bank’s processing time.
6. Exchange Policy
Currently, FlipDevice.shop does not support direct product exchanges.
If you wish to get another item, please return the original and place a new order once your refund is processed.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or missing items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the packaging and product.
We’ll investigate and take appropriate action as quickly as possible.
