1. Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver across India through our trusted courier partners such as Blue Dart, DTDC, Delhivery, and others.
Delivery availability for your location will be confirmed during checkout.
2. Order Processing Time
- All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking ID via email or SMS to monitor the shipment status.
3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times vary based on your location:
- Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
- Other Cities & Towns: 4–7 business days
- Remote Areas: 7–10 business days
Please note: delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping is available above Rs.9999/- , all over indian.
5. Packaging & Handling
All products are carefully packed using protective materials to ensure safe transit.
Used Cameras and lenses are tested, cleaned, and securely packed before dispatch to maintain their condition.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your product has been dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS with the tracking number and courier details.
You can track your order anytime on the courier’s official website or through your FlipDevice.shop account.
7. Delayed or Lost Shipments
In case of unexpected courier delays or lost shipments:
- Please contact our support team at support@flipdevice.shop with your order ID.
- We will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue or arrange a replacement/refund if applicable.
8. Incorrect Address or Delivery Failure
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, or if delivery is missed due to customer unavailability, the order may be returned to us.
Re-shipping can be arranged after additional delivery charges are paid.
9. International Shipping
At this time, FlipDevice ships only within India.
