At FlipDevice.shop, we stand by the quality of every used camera, lens, and accessory we sell. Each product undergoes detailed inspection and quality testing before being listed for sale.

To ensure customer satisfaction and trust, we provide a limited warranty on select products as described below.


1. Warranty Coverage

  • Warranty is applicable only if mentioned on the product page at the time of purchase.
  • The warranty period 1 month, depending on the product category and condition.
  • The warranty covers functional defects in the product, such as:
    • Autofocus or lens mechanism issues
    • image quality problems not caused by damage
    • Internal electronic or operational malfunctions

2. What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover the following:

  • Physical damage, water damage, or accidental drops
  • Censor issue
  • Cosmetic wear, scratches, or minor body scuffs (common in pre-owned items)
  • Issues caused by improper handling, third-party repair, or modification
  • Normal usage wear such as shutter count, battery life, or rubber grip wear
  • Damage due to electrical fluctuations or unauthorized accessories

3. Warranty Claim Process

If you experience an issue during the warranty period:

  1. Email us at support@flipdevice.shop with your order number, issue description, and photos/videos of the problem.
  2. Our technical team will assess your claim and may request additional details or a short video demonstration.
  3. If approved, you’ll receive return instructions for inspection.
  4. After verification, we’ll repair, replace, or refund the item as per eligibility and product condition.

4. Inspection and Approval

  • Once the product reaches our service center, it will undergo a detailed inspection.
  • If the issue is covered under warranty, we will repair or replace the item at no cost.
  • If the issue is not covered, the customer will be notified and offered a paid repair option or return of the same product.

5. Warranty on Replacement Units

If your product is replaced under warranty, the replacement will continue to have the same warranty period as the original item, not a renewed one.


6. Warranty on Accessories

Accessories such as batteries, chargers, cables, or straps are not covered under warranty, unless explicitly mentioned.


7. Authorized Repairs Only

Warranty claims are valid only if the product is serviced or inspected by FlipDevice.shop or an authorized service partner.
Repairs done by third-party technicians will void the warranty.
